Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

There's something about the combination of apples and cinnamon that instantly feels like fall. As the mornings become a little cooler, I find myself craving breakfasts that are both comforting and nourishing—and these Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats have become one of my favorite make-ahead recipes.

If you've never made overnight oats before, you're in for a treat. Instead of cooking oats on the stovetop, you simply combine the ingredients the night before and let them soak in the refrigerator. By morning, the oats have softened into a creamy, satisfying breakfast that's ready to grab and enjoy.

This recipe is naturally sweetened, loaded with fiber, and packed with warming spices that make it taste like apple pie in a jar. Best of all, it only takes about five minutes to prepare.
